Staring at a raging storm in its face is not for the faint hearted. I can't even remotely put the experience down in words, but let's just settle for awe-inspiring. And yes, I was scared, what with especially loud claps of thunder. I salute those who battle tempests and downpours out at sea.

The storm has finally given way to a less intimidating shower, with the evening sun fighting for its share of attention. Glorious light of dusk bathes the corridor. Peace at last...
