Accomplished much today, though not in the academic sense. Had a 2 hour Simulation tutorial in the morning, before passing up my LSM2202 lab report. That's the end of it, module and all. Goodbye! Then headed down to City Hall to meet Candice and Fiona for lunch before going to Millenia walk to collect the long-awaited for membership card from Jitterbugs. Candice decided to cancel her SPA appointment (so chi-chi already...), so we went down to Orchard Plaza - but not before ending up window-shopping in Suntec city first. Btw, got myself a really groovy Puma tee! Argh, can't believe I bought it so readily though...

Waited quite a while in the afternoon heat for the bus. And waited some more for the shop ladies to return from their 1/2 hour break before we could get our togs. Good thing we didn't postpone getting the stuff till after the exams, takes 2 weeks just to get an item in your choice of colour made. Sigh. And the stuff ain't cheap. Bah. But when observing the surge of customers when they came back from their break, and the almost-empty shop by the time we left, couldn't help but think what an appropriate situation it was for a simulation project. Sooooo... anyway... ended up being 45 minutes late for my dental appointment. Aside from the obligatory scaling and polishing, had an X-ray taken. I tell you... The directions that both my right wisdom teeth are projected at are HIDEOUS! *shudders* Wish I could have gotten a copy of that X-ray. But so far so good, they aren't coming out anytime soon (I hope!). Dr. Bruce Lee (yeah, that's my dentist's name. I'm not kidding) decided to give my lower left wisdom tooth 6 months to see if it'll behave. If not, then out it comes.

Had a dinner of xiao long bao and la mian with Mum and Dad. Tasty stuff, but I still don't see the hype behind the xiao long bao. Give me shui jiao anytime for that price (yes yes, granted that xiao long baos are handmade and all but still..). Oh, and there was this shop where we were at, it sold some pretty unique stuff that I wouldn't mind having myself, but like... 15 dollars for a peg with some felt stuck on it, designed to look like Sheep? Urm... I'll think twice about it.

So that was pretty much my day. And I haven't gotten any work/revision done.

Really looking forward to the end of April to come. Holidays... what a sacred word. But time always flies, and before I know it, they'll be gone too, just like all the other holidays. Seems like I'll be rather free - no confirmation of a stable job as yet, so what am I going to do then? Sure have got a few goals at the back of my mind to achieve already, but time is not my own to abuse for my narrow means.
