Btw, watched this Filipino movie that's part of this year's S'pore Film Fest today. About a family living through the tremulous 70s. No, not talking about the Brady Bunch here! Came out thinking it was not a bad show for a tear-incducing one, but shall change my rating for that movie to an A+. It touched upon so many themes that I couldn't stop replaying scenes from the movie in my mind over dinner and marvelling at the sheer power of cinematography as displayed in the film. Nothing fancy nor exceptionally artistic, but whoever directed it got the right approach, that's for sure. And one of the factors that makes a movie good is its ability to draw you in with its characters, making you feel with them.

The embarrassing thing is I forgot what the name of the movie was. Hey, it was in filipino after all, so gimme a break!
