Equation: 2 hours of Tennis + Mocha Fudge Blend + Walking back home from Arts + Daydreaming as dusk befalls my room + Thorough shower = One of the most SHIOK-erific combinations EVER.

It feels great. Really, truly, honest, cross-my-heart great. First time stepping onto a tennis court and wielding a racquet, learning the how-tos from scratch and actually hitting a few balls with that highly satisfactory "thock" sound. That and the frantic running about to collect the stray balls made it an excellent workout. I think I haven't felt like this since post-PE sessions back in JC. That Mocha Fudge blend probably cancelled out all the calories burnt but I'm not counting - it was that good! Mmmm. Bliss. Y'know, I feel so good now that I shall write a silly poem:

Dusk approaches
Blue hues settle,
tainting memories.

*ponders* Hrm. Doesn't sound "silly" silly. Nevermind. Got a 40% weightage test tomorrow. Yaaarrgggh!
