Blood and Gore

I seriously feel sorry for this fella. He was dumped into a tank of ammonia solution for 6 days, after which 4 girls took turns coo-ing over and handling him, and was then dropped onto the floor in the process (slimey as he was). That wasn't the end of it. Laid out the table, he subsequently had a pair of scissors driven into the back of his head to snap his spinal cord in two.

Protopterus annectens

He's an African Lungfish btw. And the grisly deed was done in the name of education (sans the unecessary shock he got from being dropped, and having a dozen camera flashes going off in his face)... Oh. Thanks to Dorcas, we got it on video! His final moments, I mean...

Urk. Am I becoming totally desensitised to blood and gore?

Well anyway, today marked the last time I've to wear my labcoat in NUS... And also the last session of the Thai Classical Music workshop I've been attending since Monday... Heh. Guess it was an enjoyable experience on the whole, despite them making us play the entire set umpteen times over and over again... ... Sanuk Maak!
